Iranian actor turned director Mohsen Tanabandeh’s latest film ‘Oath’ is finally ready to be screened, with the crew releasing a clip unveiling the first behind-the-scenes footage along with scenes from the movie.
Produced by Elham Ghafouri and Jalil Shabani, the film which will be making its screening debut at the 37th Fajr Film Festival next week, will be the award-winning actor-director’s second directorial project.
A recent caption of the film reads, “I swear on Niaz’s soul, if you seek vengeance, I will take the child and divorce you. I swore on the life of our only daughter that I will.”
Saeed Aqakhani, Mehran Ahmadi, Hassan Pourshirazi, and Mahnaz Afshar are among the film’s main cast.
‘Oath’ will be making its screening debut for the Fajr Film Festival on Wednesday January 30, 2019 at Tehran’s Cinema Raga, and will be screened once again during the festival on Thursday February 7, 2019 at Tehran’s Mellat Cineplex.
