Peeling back the curtain on ‘The Monster’

New behind-the-scenes footage of ‘The Monster’ by ‘The Man with a Thousand Faces’ star Mehran Modiri has been revealed.  

The pre-production stage to ‘The Monster’ series kicked off on December 8, 2018 with Modiri’s long-term duo Peyman Qasemkhani present as the head screenwriter.

The film shoot is still underway in the Iranian cities of Tehran, Fasham and Shahriar County.

‘A monster is coming,’ reads as the synopsis of the series.

‘The Monster’ is a 15-episode series made for home viewing at the domestic market of Iran.

The social comedy series enjoys first-rate cast, including Farhad Aslani, Shabnam Moghadami, Shila Khodadad, Sima Tirandaz, Mohammad Bohrani and Mir-Taher Mazloumi.

Mehran Modiri has also appeared as an actor in the series.
