‘Sly’ publishes new trailer

Latest trailer for Kamal Tabrizi’s ‘Sly’ has been unveiled.

The comedy feature releases a new trailer while it is enjoying its 12th week of screening at the Iranian domestic cinemas.  

The film narrates the story of an illiterate, uneducated man named Qodrat wanting to gain political powers through bizarre means. In Persian the name Qodrat meane power or might in English. So being named Qdodrat, the man is destined to be thirsty for power.

While most little boys have the dream of becoming an astronaut or a police officer, Qodrat has always wanted to become a member of the parliament. He is willing to resort to any measures to fulfill his long wished-for dream.

As a pretend pious, Qodrat does a lot without being commissioned. On one of his self ordered missions, he accidentally becomes a national hero and now everything seems to be helping him towards reaching what he wants the most.

Iranian Mega-star, Hamed Behdad, who is popular among ifilm viewers for his role in action mini-series ‘Free Fall’, brings to life the sly character.

Besides Behdad, Vishka Asayesh, Azadeh Samadi, Reza Naji, Mani Haqiqi are some outstanding names among the cast members of the flick.
