Ronald Reagan, the 40th president of the United States, who was a famous actor before his presidency once attended a screen test for president role in 1960 but test observers found him absolutely unfit for the  role.

21 years later, in 1981, he won US presidential election and entered the White House as the real president. Under his presidency America experienced low inflation, better economic conditions, and more job security.

He starred in such films as Dark Victory, Knute Rockne, All American, and Kings Row – which was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture in 1943.
