Iranian comedy ‘Los Angeles-Tehran’ has hit the domestic home entertainment market.
Shot both in Iran and the US, ‘Los Angeles-Tehran’ entered the market last week.
Directed by Tina Pakravan, the comedy went on Iranian silver screens in early October 2018 and sold more than 70,000,000,000 Rials in the box office.
It was screened for the first time at the Phoenix Comedy Festival in the Canadian city of Toronto in June 2018.
The story of the romantic comedy flick starts with two men coming to Iran, a so called French Monsieur and a standup comedian.
As the plot develops, the audience sees fantasy and funny moments such as an old woman falling in love.
Iranian mega star Parviz Parastouee has appeared in the flick as the comedian.
In addition to Parastouee, Gohar Kheirandish, Mahaya Petrosian, Mahnaz Afshar, and Zoheir Yari are among the stars of the movie.
