Shahab Hosseini starrer ‘Nabat’ outs poster

‘Nabat’ starring Shahab Hosseini has unveiled poster prior to upcoming public screening.

The film that counts as Pegah Arzi’s directorial debut unveils a poster designed by Erfan Behkar.

‘Nabat’, with the international title ‘In the Mist’, had its premiere at the Market section of the 37th edition of the Fajr International Film Festival.

The new romantic feature narrates the story of a wealthy 44-year-old widower who lives with his only daughter Nabat. Although they only have one another, they have a happy life till Nabat makes a new acquaintance. The new woman walks into their life adding some complications to it.

Pegah Arzi details the casting process of the film saying she first picked Shahab Hosseini as a fitting choice to play the role of the father. She stuck by her choice and postponed the filming process for nine months as she believed he was the only fitting actor to bright the role to life.

She then cast Nazanin Farahani and the rest of the actors to play in her first feature.

The film is set to premiere in Iranian cinemas on May 08 which means it has gained a slot among the Holy month of Ramadan screenings.
