‘Dear Brother’ shooting wraps up

The shooting for Iranian series ‘Dear Brother’ has wrapped up.

Directed by Mohammadreza Ahanj, the series has concluded shooting stage in Tehran.

‘Dear Brother’ has been on air on Iranian TV IRIB during the holy month of Ramadan.

Produced by Mohammad-Reza Shafiee, the TV production is another case for collaboration between the producer and writer Saeed Nematollah. The same case for collabration for the same producer and writer happened in the recent ifilm series ‘Like a Mother’.

‘Dear Brother’ is a melodrama with a religious theme on social rights. The series features a complex and mysterious plot in which the audience is faced with new twists and turns in each episode.

Among the series’ cast are familiar names such Ali Nasiriyan, Hassan Pourshirazi, Kamran Tafti, Laya Zanganeh, Shiva Ebrahimi, Maral Farjad and Jalil Farjad.

Iranian vocalist Salar Aqili has also performed for the series.
