Iran’s short film ‘Delirium’ to vie at NIFFF

Iran’s short ‘Delirium’ has been set to compete at the 19th edition of the Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival (NIFFF) in Switzerland.

Directed by Vahid and Navid Nami, ‘Delirium’ will participate at the International Shorts section of the Swiss event.

The Iranian short will vie along with six other films from Spain, Canada, Bulgaria and the US.

‘Delirium’ narrates the story of a man who finds a cut ear during a rainy night.

The NIFFF is reportedly the only festival in Switzerland dedicated to fantasy and its related genres. It “has a strong and unique identity,” the event’s website reads.

The 19th edition of NIFFF will take place in the Swiss city of Neuchatel on July 5-13, 2019.
