ifilm explores emotional relationships in ‘Nabat’

In an ifilm exclusive report, ‘Nabat’ director, Pegah Arzi, has explained about emotional relationships crisis among human beings depicted in the flick.

Iran film ‘Nabat’ is a social drama which talks about the emotional relationships among human beings.

The director of the movie puts the audience in a multi-dimensional world to experience the concept of emotional relationship between a father who lives with his daughter, on the one side, and the woman who enters the world of that father and its effects on the their lives.

One of the techniques used by the female director, Pegah Arzi, to show intensity in the emotional relationship between the main charaters of the flick is to reduce transparency of relationship. In the story, the father (Shahab Hosseini) does not let Sayeh (the woman) get closer to his daughter because he does not want his daughter to become aware of his relationships with that woman.       

The reality is that all of them are experiencing unsuccessful relationships. They have been lost in their inner worlds.

‘Nabat’ belongs to that category of films which make you think. According to the director of the movie it tries to find the root cause of the pain in the society that the character in the flick is suffering from.
