In a memorable scene from the ifilm hit series ‘Father’, Hamed makes his final request from Leila.

Hamed makes a request in the final scene in which he talks to Leila prior to his trip. It was as though he knew there was no way back, and that Leila would miss him forever.

Although sad and heart-wrenching, ‘Father’ turned out to be a memorable series mainly due to Hamed Anqa’s skillful screenwriting.

As a result, the acting by the film’s cast was well received by the audience, especially ifilm viewers.

‘Father’ narrates the story of two young people from completely different backgrounds who end up falling in love, against all odds.

Despite the difference in the two families' backgrounds, Hamed’s father Haj Ali, is faced with the challenge of welcoming a new daughter in law into their lives and being like a father to her.

The finale of the 32-part series aired on June 4, 2019.
