‘Shams-ol-Emareh’ star Roya Teymourian has sat for an exclusive talk with ifilm.

The great star details how she was cast for the role and how she personifies the character into how we see her in the show.

Teymourian explains how she did her best to become the character herself instead of merely playing the role. Pari, the character she brings into life is a woman of the lower levels of the society, one who wishes to adapt herself to the higher level but she still cannot part with her old habits.  

‘Shams-ol-Emareh’, directed by Saman Moqaddam, hits the air every evening at 22:00 GMT.
