The famous Iranian director believes that a filmmaker has an important mission and that is to reflect the issues of the society as they are. Davoudi dismisses some cinematic productions that have shown these issues an overstated manner.

To the creator of ifilm series ‘Mankind’s Land’, the intellectual gap among the audiences has shrunk as these days the majority of population, regardless of their age, has access to endless amount of data. Therefore, film viewers are more enlightened now and know the issues as they are.

Davoudi says filmmakors must try to present ideas to their viewers in a way that they get to understand them subconsciously.
