ifilm English TV has published an exclusive report on Iranian Feature ‘Dirty Job’ directed and produced by Khosrow Masoumi.
ifilm has interviewed the actors Khayyam Vaqar, Pedram Sharifi, as well as Massoud Foroutan, the actress Elham Nami, and the director.
The film was premiered at the 36th edition of the Fajr Film Festival in Iran.
Themed around issues of work and immigration, ‘Dirty Job’ was the final film in which the late actor Levon Haftvan had starred.
Set in Turkey and Iran, Masoumi's film follows the story of Farhad who decides to travel to Turkey for immigration purposes.
Faced with certain obstacles, not only is he no longer able to immigrate, but his return to Iran is also in jeopardy.
In addition to the mentioned cast members, Akbar Moazzezi, Shahrokh Foroutanian, Mehran Nael, Sam Valipour, Payam Ahmadi, Mehrdad Falahatgar, Ali Mohammadi, Reza Yousefi, Amir Passeban, and Mehdi Jamshidi are in the cast list.
The film has taken part at the 10th Jagran Film Festival in India in July 2019.
