Three new films to go on screen in Iran

Iranian theaters to screen three new films on Wednesday.

Three new Iranian movies are scheduled to be screened in theaters across Iran beginning tomorrow.

‘Original Idea’ directed by Azita Mougouee, ‘A Man without a Shadow’ directed by Alireza Raeesian, and ‘Dearest’ directed by Kamran Qadakchian are set to screen in Iranian movie theaters starting from tomorrow.

Azita Mougouee’s ‘Original Idea’ is a film about a joint project between the countries of Iran and Spain in a southern Iranian Island with many people and businesses attempting to win a bid for the project.

Starring in the film are Merila Zarei, Bahram Radan, Hanieh Tavassoli, and Pejman Jamshidi.

‘A Man without a Shadow’ is the story of a filmmaker, shooting a documentary on family issues which gradually begins to affect his own life.

The film’s cast will feature celebrity couple Ali Mosaffa and Leila Hatami.

Joining them will be Farhad Aslani, Amir Aqaee, Gohar Kheirandish, Siamak Atlasi, Nader Fallah, and Nasim Adabi.

‘Dearest’ is a narrative about “love” and “loyalty”. According to the film’s synopsis, ‘Dearest’ is “a pure romance from a far away past, crossing paths with the story of a modern guy and a girl who fall in love.”

Amin Hayaee, Mojgan Bayat, Parvaneh Masoumi, Bijan Banafshehkhah, Sahar Zakaria, Mehran Rajabi, and Changiz Vosouqi make up the film’s main cast.
