I made ‘Bold Children’ exclusively for kids as the target audience, Iranian director Hojatollah Seifi says in an exclusive interview with ifilm.
He mentioned that his film narrates a story for children in their own language, using child actors to take the leading roles in the movie.
The director also said he chose this way of narration as many successful cinematic productions such as 'Harry Potter' film series adopt the same technique to make a connection with their children's audiences.
Hojatollah Seifi made the film in 2013, but it took four years to be screened. ‘Bold Children’ is set on Iran's Kish Island.
