Mahlaqa Baqeri believes in gender equality in cinema: ifilm Exclusive

In an exclusive report, Mahlaqa Baqeri has told ifilm about her latest role in ‘Highway’.

ifilm star of ‘Huge Problems 2’, Mahlaqa Baqeri  who has recently played a role in Farnaz Amini’s latest flick titled ‘Highway’ above all expresses happiness of having to work with a female director. Although she considers it an incentive to act in a film is under the helm of a woman, she believes that there is no difference between men and women when it comes to directing.

The people, however, always differentiate between the two genders in the arena of filmmaking.

Being asked why she accepted the role, she said that she originally found the screenplay appealing.
