In an exclusive report, Habib Esmaeeli tells ifilm how he believes ‘Repression’ lingers in its viewers minds.
Actor in ifilm popular series ‘Mankind’s Land’, who has recently been producer to Reza Gouran’s flick ‘Repression’, says the film’s strong plot and great cast will leave its audiences thinking about it for quite some time.
Esmaeeli says that the film themes on the values that exist inside the framework of a family. It shows how a family can manage to bring up good children who will be fit members for the society.
He also mentions that an actor has the responsibility to inform audiences and raise awareness among them.
A brief synopsis of the flick, which is currently on screen in cinema theaters across Iran, reads, “He did something that made loyalty to become our day and night habit. Now, we are all faithful but the one we are true to has been dead for a long time now.”
Baran Kosari, Sara Bahrami, Pardis Ahmadieh, Artin Golchin, Asal Gharaei and Jamshid Hashempour are among the cast members of the film.
