'Rokhsareh's Smile' underlines family role: director

 Iranian director Behrang Tofiqi says in an ifilm exclusive interview his series 'Rokhsareh's Smile' highlights the role of family.

“One of the significant features of this series … was the importance of the issue of family which was obvious throughout the story,” the director said, adding that the screenplay is an important part of any project in cinema and Television.

'Rokhsareh's Smile' is a drama with a touch of romance and a new production of Zeynab Taghvaei who already produced the successful ‘Tehran’s Rooftop’ series. 

Meanwhile, Taghvaei told ifilm ‘Tehran’s Rooftop’ was also directed by Tofiqi which was warmly received by the audience. 

Kambiz Dirbaz, Behzad Farahani, Maryam Boubani and Majid Norouzi are among cast members of the series.

“Absence never bring about friendship …”, the series synopsis read.
