Iran cinemas to host ‘Highlight’ in winter

Iranian movie ‘Highlight’ is slated to appear on silver screens by the end of winter.

Directed by Asghar Naeemi, the film which was about to screen in autumn, has postponed screening for a few other months.

‘Highlight’ produced by Sasan Salour was a contender at the 36th edition of the Fajr Film Festival.

A brief synopsis for the romantic-drama reads, “A car accident brings people face to face with each other. Caring for the injured and waiting for them to regain consciousness is a long and painful wait...”

Pejman Bazeghi from ‘Passing through the Hardships’, Azadeh Zarei from the hit series ‘The Sound of Rain’, and ‘A Passenger to Rey’ star Jamshid Hashempour will be accompanied by Sam Gharibian, Mina Vahid, and Elaheh Hesari to make up the film’s main cast.
