Soroush Sehhat’s directorial debut to head to Estonia

Iran's film ‘Dance with Me’ is to vie at the 23rd Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in Estonia.

‘Dance with Me’, the directorial debut of Iranian actor Soroush Sehhat, has been selected to be screened at the 23rd edition of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (POFF) in Estonia.

The POFF added ‘Dance with Me’ to its First Feature Competition Full Lineup.

The participation of ‘Dance with Me’ in the POFF marks the film’s first international appearance.

“Jahangir’s friends get together for his birthday. The occasion makes them think about their lives and themselves,” a synopsis for the film reads.

The film is starring Ali Mosaffa, Hanieh Tavassoli and Pejman Jamshidi, among others.

Earlier report said that Iranian feature film ‘When the Moon was Full’ would compete at the POFF’s premiere competition program – the Official Selection.

The Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival is one of the biggest film festivals in Northern Europe.

The 23rd edition of the POFF is scheduled to take place on November 15-December 1, 2019.
