Iranian feature ‘Paternal House’ goes on poster

Iranian feature film ‘Paternal House’ has published a poster.

The released poster for Kianoush Ayyari’s movie has been designed by Mohammad-Hossein Houshmandi and Farhad Mofavaz.

‘Paternal House’, a film that delves into the hardships that women have gone through during the past 70 years of Iranian history has been in theaters for few days now.

The film narrates the story of a young woman who is believed by her father to have brought disgrace to her family. Her father has decided to kill the young girl and to bury her in the basement floor of their house.

Notable among the cast of the movie are Iranian megastar Shahab Hosseini, Mehdi Hashemi, Mehran Rajabi, Mina Sadati and Nazanin Farahani.
