Watch teaser for ‘Alive’

Hossein Amiri Doumari and Pedram Pour-Amiri’s ‘Alive’ has published teaser trailer.

The social flick which is currently in domestic theaters premiered at the Fajr Film Festival in Iran. It attended the ‘New Look’ section of the festival and won a nomination at the category.

The film narrates the story of a family which is on the verge of breaking down. On Asma’s wedding night, in a heated fight between Asma’s brother and her ex-suitor, the worst happens and the ex being killed.  

"To God I swear, if you ask me about dinner or what we are going to have tonight once more, I'll hang myself here and right now, so you will forget all about food. No one dies of hunger", a brief synopsis of the film reads.

Hamed Behdad, Fatemeh Motamed-Arya, Javad Ezzati, Baran Kosari, Ali Shademan, Masoud Keramati, and Giti Qasemi also have appeared in the flick.
