Iran’s cinemas to screen ‘Dance with Me’ next week

Iran's movie theaters are set to screen ‘Dance with Me’, the directorial debut of Iranian actor Soroush Sehhat, starting from next week.

Amir-Hossein Heydari, the CEO of Namayesh Gostaran company which is the distributor of ‘Dance with Me’, said the film will be screened in cinemas across Iran, starting Wednesday.

“Jahangir’s friends get together for his birthday. The occasion makes them think about their lives and themselves,” a synopsis for the film reads.

The film is starring Ali Mosaffa, Hanieh Tavassoli and Pejman Jamshidi, among others.

Earlier this month, ‘Dance with Me’ was screened at the 23rd Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (POFF) in Estonia.

The participation of ‘Dance with Me’ at the POFF marked its first international appearance.
