‘Prophet Joseph’ star to play on theater for first time

Mostafa Zamani, the star of ifilm popular series ‘Prophet Joseph’, is set to play on theater for the first time.

The play is called ‘Radio Days’ (Rozhaye radio) and is directed by Mohammad Rahmanian. The play will be staged on theater next month.

Ali Emrani, Mahtab Nasirpour, Habib Rezaee, Behnoush Tabatabaee, and Ehsan Karami are also taking part in the play.

Zamani was born on June 21, 1982 in the northern city of Fereydunkenar.

He made his series debut in 2008 with ‘Prophet Joseph’ which gained him popular acclaim.

He has appeared in a number of TV series such as ‘In the Eye of the Storm’ and ‘Shahrzad’.

Zamani made his movie debut in 2009 with ‘Aul’.

Since then, he has appeared in a number of movies, including ‘Farewell Baghdad’, ‘Retribution’, ‘Parya's Story’, ‘Parinaz’, ‘The Final Whistle’, ‘A Simple Romance’, ‘The Queen’, ‘I'm Her Spouse’, ‘Berlin 7’, ‘Mirror and Candlestick’ and ‘The Exclusive Line’.
