Directed by Saman Salvar, the film releases teaser trailer while in some short hours it will be on screen at the 38th Fajr Film Festival to be the opening feature film of this edition of the Iranian film event.
The released trailer mostly features Parinaz Izadyar, the lead actress of the flick.
Although no details about the film’s plot has been made available to media yet, ‘Puff Puff Pass’ is said to be a social drama which takes a close yet different look at the issues that nowadays people are grappling with.
Besides Izadyar, Mohsen Tanabandeh, Samira Hassanpour, Matin sotoudeh, Amin Miri, Yadollah Shademani, Maryam Bobani and Mahmoud Nazaraliyan are among the cast members of the feature.
Established in 1982, the FFF is an event that celebrates cultural exchange, displays creative achievements of highly acclaimed cineastes and pays tribute to local and international films. Since its establishment, the FFF has played a vital role in the development of the Iranian Cinema.
Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran and across the world every year.
The 38th FFF is set to kick off on February 1, 2020 and will run till February 11 in Tehran.
