‘Eyes and Ears Shut’ to release in home market

New Iranian action comedy film ‘Eyes and Ears Shut’ is due to hit domestic home market of entertainment.

Farzad Motamen’s comedy, which received several additional screening during its premiere in Iran theaters, will arrive in home market as of early May 2020.

The fantasy-themed action comedy produced by Amir-Hossein Ashtianipour is inspired by one of the world’s most popular comedy movies.

‘Eyes and Ears Shut’ is regarded as a new filmmaking experience in Motamen’s career as a director.

"A man is killed by a criminal woman and two strangers were arrested for the murder. One of them did not see the murder scene because he was blind while the other just saw the scene because of being deaf! They just have one day to survive from morning till evening," the flick's brief plot reads.

The string of impressive stars in the cast list includes Amin Hayaee, Bahram Afshari. Anahita Dargahi. Masoud Keramati, Linda Kiani and Mohammad Reza Solati with the cameo appearance of Pourya Poursarkh.
