Iran film ‘Path of Love’ screening online

Iranian children’s feature film ‘Path of Love’ has launched online screening.

Directed by Bijan Shekarriz, the kids’ flick is available online on the website of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults. The screening has been slated for Saturday March 18.

The flick narrates the story of an eleven-year-old boy who wants to help his grandmother fulfill her vow.

Years ago when the old woman’s son did not come back home from the Iraqi imposed war on Iran, she vowed a carpet to be spread in Karbala.

Now the young boy takes the carpet and starts a journey to Karbala without telling anyone.

Mehrdad Ziaee, Maryam Kazemi, Ahmad Abbas-Qoli, Sima Motallebi, Arastou Khosh-Razm, Tahereh Alaee and Mehdi Rashedi are among the cast members of ‘Path of Love’.
