‘Exodus’ publishes new trailer

Iranian feature film ‘Exodus’ (Exit) has released a new trailer as VoD streaming service goes on.

Directed by Ebrahim Hatamikia, his latest cinematic offering has been available online since April 12 via VoD services.

Over the COVID-19 pandemic, the flick did not get a theatrical release as it was scheduled during the Persian New Year holidays. Instead, it is available on-demand as of Sunday April 12.

The film narrates the story of a number of vilage residents voicing their concerns to government officials.

‘Exodus’ got its premiere at the 38th Fajr Film Festival last year and grabbed two awards for the best makeup and the best visual effects.

The cast includes, among others, Faramarz Qaribian, Pantea Panahiha, Jahangir Almasi, Giti Qasemi, Mehdi Faqih, Sam Qaribian, Kambiz Dirbaz, Mohammad-Reza Sharifinia, and Atash Taqipour.
