Huesca Int’l Film Festival to screen ‘Death Locked Out’

The 2020 Huesca Int’l Film Festival in Spain is to host Iranian fiction ‘Death Locked Out’.

The 2020 Huesca Int’l Film Festival in Spain is scheduled to play host to Iranian short fiction ‘Death Locked Out’.

The 48th edition of the Huesca event will be screening Amir Karami’s ‘Death Locked Out’ at the International Short Film Contest section.

Earlier on, ‘Death Locked Out’ attended the ALTER-NATIVE International Short Film Festival in Romania.

Karami’s ‘Anonymous’ on two boys in pursuit of a childhood dream of finding the mythical bird was previously screened at the 30th edition of the International Film Festival for Children and Young Adults (IFFCY) in Iran.

Nasser Zamiri’s ‘Inhale’ is also another Iranian contestant at the Spanish film event.

The Huesca event will feature a total of 80 short films that were accepted from 30 countries in Oceania, Asia and Europe.

The festival selects a number of film competitors among school works and that’s why it is an opportunity for new talents.

The selected works focus on the themes of interpersonal relationships, family bonds, love and friendship.

The Huesca film event’s new running date is announced for June 12-20, 2020.
