Kasra Tirsahar to serve juror for SFTF Film Festival

Iran film director Kasra Tirsahar has been picked to serve as juror at the SFTF Film Festival in the US.

Tirsahar has been named a member of the jury panel at the International section of the 3rd edition of this short film festival of the US.

As an internationally acclaimed Iranian film director, Kasra Tirsahar is currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Film and Television Directing at Iran Broadcasting University.

He has two international awards in his resume and four nominations for his short film ‘Room No. 13’.

Tirsahar has also composed music for several plays and has also taught in the field.

Recently, he was also a member of the jury panel of the International section of the 2020 the Biannual Hollywood Week Film Festival in the US.

As the longest-running film festival in America, the SFTF Film Festival is an extraordinary showcase of cinematic discovery and a major cultural event in the Colombian capital.   

The SFTF will be held on April 13, 2021 in Bogota.
