iFilm English to start airing ‘The Long Path’

Iranian series ‘The Long Path’ has been scheduled to be on iFilm English TV Channel’s playlist.

Airing of the series, produced by Mohammad-Reza Takhtkeshian and directed by Reza Karimi, will be started on June 1, 2025.

‘The Long Path’ tells the story of a caring and hardworking father who can’t earn enough to meet the demands of his children.

Being under constant pressure, he is offered to take responsibility for a car accident in return for a large sum of money.

He was desperate enough to accept the offer but when the police regard the case as murder, he realizes he’s gotten into more than he bargained for.

Among the cast list are Khatereh Hatami, Parviz Pourhosseini, Reza Kianian, Afsaneh Bayegan, Shahrzad Kamalzadeh, Bijan Banafsheh-Khah, Payam Dehkordi, Mehrdad Ziaee, Maryam Kaviani, Omid Rouhani, and Fariba Naderi.

‘The Long Path’, produced in 2011, is to replace the series ‘Madness of Love’ to be broadcast at 20:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 01:00, 07:00 and 12:00. ‘The Long Path’ is comprised of 26 episodes.
