Old man performs incredible karate moves in ‘Last Stroke’.

Brought to life by the veteran Iranian actor and director Mehdi Fakhimzadeh, the old man has performed incredible karate moves in ‘Last Stroke’.

These are some ifilm cuts from the movie depicting how the old man does some karate moves that even the youth may not be capable of.

Directed by Fakhimzadeh, the movie tells the story of an old karate master who presents himself as a defenseless poor old guy.

While he manages to keep people busy with his weakness, his partner pickpockets them.

Gohar Kheirandish, Ahmad Najafi, Ramin Rastad, Golnaz Khalesi, Hamid-Reza Qolikhani, Siavash Memarzadeh, Atena Mahyari, Arash Nozari, Mehrdad Falahatgar and the director have starred in ‘Last Stroke’.

Absent from the filmmaking scene for about 15 years, the film is Fakhimzadeh’s latest project in which he holds the roles of a lead actor, director, and screenwriter.

Produced by Seyyed-Hamed Hosseini, ‘Last Stroke’ is an action/comedy which was premiered on December 18, 2019.

Born in 1942, Fakhimzadeh studied French Literature at Tehran University and later began studying Dramatic Arts but left his studies unfinished.

He began his career as a stage actor in 1969 and made his movie debut with ‘Chubby’.

After entering the film industry as an actor, he tried his hand at directing and made ‘The Courtship’ in 1990 and ‘Spouse’ in 1994 which were both box office hits.

He has also appeared in ‘Yavar’, ‘The Courtship’, ‘The Chump’, ‘The Loneliest Commander’, ‘A Place of Love’, ‘Asleep and Awake’, ‘Marriage Iranian Style’, ‘Cry Out in Silence’, ‘Mokhtarnameh’, ‘Building No.85’, ‘Lean on the Wind’. Some of the mentioned titles have been directed by Fakhimzadeh.
