Check out theme song for Fajr best picture

ifilm website has revealed theme song for ‘When the Moon was Full’, a big winning title at the 37th Fajr fest in Iran.  

Directed by Narges Abyar, ‘When the Moon was Full’ crowned as the best picture at Fajr fest winning 13 nominations and multiple awards at the event. 

The flick was screened at international film festivals, including the 24th Busan Int’l Film Festival in South Korea, the 2nd Int’l Political Film Festival of Carcassonne in France and the 23rd Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in Estonia, winning the Audience Award at the Estonian event.  

‘Night of the Full Moon’ recounts a true love story of Abdul-Hamid Rigi, a member of the Jundallah terrorist group.

Hamid Rigi marries Faezeh Mansouri, a woman from Tehran. Faezeh is forced to leave her homeland along with her brother, Shahab, to live in Pakistan where they find themselves involved in the Jundallah rebel activities.

The video attached features the flick's theme song titled 'The Dearest' by Iranian vocalist Amin Bani.  Elnaz Shakerdoust and Houtan Shakiba costar in the flick.
