Danish Tulipoff to see Iran’s Blue Room

Iran short ‘The Blue Room’ is to attend Tulipoff Int’l Filmfest in Denmark.

Iranian short film ‘The Blue Room’ has been slated to attend the Tulipoff International Film Festival in Denmark.

Directed by Davoud Abbasi, the short will run in contention at the 3rd edition of the film event which will hold in the city of Copenhagen.

A brief synopsis for the flick reads, “Naghmeh is a young woman who lives with her daughter and her ironsmith husband. She is a dreamer. One day she comes face to face with a snake hunter and that is when an emotional bond forms between them”.

Zabih Afshar, Ima Sanaye-Ziba, Mohsen Achak and Marjan Darougheh are the cast members of the flick.

According to an earlier report on ifilm ‘Malakout’ is another Iranian short flick which will attend the event.

The Tulipoff International Film Festival started off its artistic mission in 2017 in Iran. It provides a platform for sharing culture, ideas and emotions.

The event welcomes movies in two categories of silent movies and the oness that are centered on climate change.

This year’s edition of the annual event will take place on September 19-20, 2020.
