Serbia’s Mister Vorky film festival to screen ‘Condemned’

The Mister Vorky International One-Minute and Short Film Festival in Serbia is set to screen Iran’s ‘Condemned’.

Directed by Nima Daneshmand, the film will be screened at the Serbian festival next month.

“A woman who confronts her husband finds the judge is her husband,” a synopsis for the film reads.

Earlier reports said ‘Heaven’ by Reza Moayedi and Mostafa Gholami’s ‘Return’ will also attend the festival.

The Mister Vorky promotes the best one-minute and short films from all continents.

The organizer of the festival is the Independent Film Center Vorky Team, which in this way pays tribute to the Serbian-American film artist Slavko Vorkapich-Vorky.

The 2020 edition of the festival will take place in the Serbian town of Ruma on August 19-23.
