ifilm exclusive on Iranian feature ‘That Night's Train’

ifilm English TV has published an exclusive report on Iranian feature ‘That Night's Train’ directed by Hamid-Reza Qotbi.

ifilm has interviewed the director, the producer Behrouz Rashad, the director of photography Mohammad Rasouli, the actor Afshin Hashemi, the actress Behnaz Naderi, and the very young actress Aylin Rashidian.

The cast also includes names such as Siamak Safari, Maryam Boubani, and Bahram Shakeri.

Written by Rashad and Qotbi, the film is an adaptation of a novel by Ahmad Akbarpour.

A little girl meets a female writer when she was on a train. The writer promises to call and visit her later.

The promise, in the writer’s mind, is just a theme for her new story, thus embarking on a merge of fantasy with reality.

Helped by her father and some other people, the girl attempts to overcome her concerns and this leads to amazing adventures.

The flick was premiered at the 49th Roshd International Film Festival in 2019.
