Iran doc ‘Overruled’ to screen at Sweden-based Afghan doc filmfest

Iranian documentary ‘Overruled’ is to be screened at the fourth international Afghan Documentary Film Festival based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Co-directed by Farnaz and Mohammadreza Jourabchian, ‘Overruled’ depicts the life of some young Afghans who seek refuge in Iran after the trembling time of war in Afghanistan.

The boys have started working in Iran, but working hard, they have achieved considerable accomplishments.

The ADFF focuses on films whose central theme involves Afghanistan, an online note about the festival read, adding, "Each year, the festival presents a selection of cutting-edge documentaries about Afghanistan."
