Last role of late Parviz Pour-Hosseini in picture

The last series of the veteran actor Parviz Pour-Hosseini, who passed away today at 79 due to the coronavirus, has been scheduled to go on TV screen in Iran.

Late Pour-Hosseini had his last performance in the series ‘A Stranger is with Me’ co-produced by Ahmad Amini and Arash Moayerian.

The series’ filming finished just one month ago and it will be screened from Saturday December 5.

The series has 3 seasons with the third one not being screened yet. The production of the series started last summer but the coronavirus outbreak halted the process till May.

Pour-Hosseini has appeared in various series which were aired on ifilm, such as ‘Truth Revealed’, ‘The Chef’, ‘Saint Mary’, ‘The Tenth Night’, ‘The First Night of Peace’, ‘Madness of Love’, and ‘Michael’.

His role in 'Saint Mary' (2000) brought him the Certificate of Merit at the Fajr International Film Festival in Iran.
