As we are ushering into a New Year with hope, here are some happy moments Iranian stars experienced this year amid the coronavirus pandemic, which has cast a shadow on the lives of many people across the world.

This year has imprinted sad memories of the COVID-19 virus, changing people’s lives and plans, and forced others to say goodbye to their loved ones for good.

Yet some people were blessed with happy events in 2020 and managed to adapt to the pandemic.

Iranian actor Ammar Tafti was among those people. Tafti tied the knot on July 31.

Mehdi Pakdel also got married this year.

The news of his marriage came to surface online in November. He got married to the actress, Rana Azadivar.

On December 10, the television and film actress, Negin Motazedi, who has appeared in the series ‘Lean on the Wind’, announced on social media that she got married.

In 2020, some stars also welcomed new additions to their families.

The actor of the series ‘The Capital’, Ahmad Mehranfar, became a father for the first time on April 6.

He now has a baby boy named Nik.

‘Prophet Joseph’ star Elham Hamidi also welcomed her first child, a baby boy, on June 1.

Meanwhile, the actress of ‘Solace of the Heart’, Hadis Miramini, and her husband Mojtaba Rajabi, the actor of ‘Operation 125’, welcomed their first child the past summer.

Miramini announced the auspicious news on social media on August 4.

On September 22, the popular actor, Sam Derakhshani, took to Instagram to announce the birth of his second child, a baby boy named Barsam.
