Indian fimfest honors Iranian short ‘Cooler’

The 2020 edition of the Sprouting Seed International Short Film Festival in India has awarded Iranian short flick ‘Cooler’.

Directed by Iman Sedigh, the short film won the third prize of Special Honorable Mention – Best Short Film at the Indian event.

The first and second prizes of the event went to ‘Perception’ by Salim Reza and ‘Prashna’ by Santosh Ram’, respectively.

Produced by Manouchehr Hadi, ‘Cooler’ narrates a love story.

The Sprouting Seed International Short Film Festival aims to draw attention to and raise the profile of films and, in doing so, contributes to the development of cinema and boosts the film industry internationally.

The winners of the 2020 edition of the Indian event were announced on December 28-30.
