BTS trailer for Fajr movie ‘Yadoo’ released

The behind the scenes trailer for Fajr Film Festival contender ‘Yadoo’ has been released.

The film that has been nominated for Crystal Simorgh at 13 sections of the 39th edition of the event has published its trailer prior to Fajr closing ceremony.

The war flick holds the record of nominations at main sections among other participants.

Directed by Mehdi Jafari, ‘Yadoo’ illuminates the first days of Iraq’s imposed war against Iran in the besieged city of Abadan.

The film stars Setareh Pesyani, Akbar Odood, Reyhaneh Aryamanesh, Reza Nouri, Tahereh Nik-Azad, Maedeh Rami, Ahmad Mosaferi and Yasin Masoudi.

The FFF coincides with the Ten-Day Fajr ceremonies across Iran, marking the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Since its establishment in 1982, the FFF has played a vital role in the development of Iranian Cinema.

Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran every year.
