ifilm English TV releases ‘Where to in Such a Hurry?’ theme song

The website of ifilm English TV has published a translation for the theme song of ‘Where to in Such a Hurry?’ (2008).

The vocal of the song has been performed by Alireza Eftekhari.

Born in 1958, Eftekhari is an Iranian vocalist of classical and popular Persian music.

He is one of the most popular singers in Iran and his works are among the best-selling works.

The singer has released more than seventy music albums so far. From the age of 12, Eftekhari studied vocal lines with Taj Esfahani.

After a while, he started to use the teachings of Jalil Shahnaz and Hassan Kasaee in the field of traditional music. In 1983, he released his first album.

Directed by Abolqasem Talebi, ‘Where to in Such a Hurry?’ is about Hatef who has had a grudge against his brother-in-law, the wealthy Fereydoun, for a long time.

Years ago, when he was working for Fereydoun, Hatef managed to convince his family to allow the old widower to marry his sister even though she was half his age.

Now that Hatef's father has passed away, it brings the family back together. But it also rekindles old wounds.

And it creates another problem for Hatef, whose son is infatuated with Fereydoun’s wealth and success, and wants to work for him despite his father’s will.

Hadiseh Tehrani, Mehdi Faqih, Babak Hamidiyan, Negin Sedq-Gouya, Ahou Kheradmand, Sharareh Dolatabadi, Reza Rouygari, Behrouz Baqaee, Hassan Shokouhi, Parastou Golestani, Ali Omrani, Fariba Motekhasses, Saed Hedayati, and Mahmoud-Reza Qadirian are on the cast list.
