‘No Choice’ to vie at Thrissur filmfest

Iranian feature ‘No Choice’ has made its way to the Thrissur International Film Festival in India.

Reza Dormishian’s latest directorial experience will vie at the 16th edition of the event.

‘No Choice’ is a movie on women and their issues in the society.

The film has a famous cast list that includes Parsa Pirouzfar, Negar Javaherian, Fatemeh Motamed-Arya, Parivash Nazariyeh, Homayoun Ershadi, Reza Behboudi, and Pardis Ahmadieh.

It has already taken part in various global events such as the Tokyo International Film Festival in Japan, the Chennai International Film Fest in India, and the Asiatica Film Festival in Italy.

Launched in 2004, the International Film Festival of Thrissur (IFFT) is an annual event held in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

It is the second-largest film festival in Kerala. Masters and Classics, Children’s films, Young films, Beyond Universe, Folk waves and Contemporary World Films are the main sections of the festival.

The 2021 edition of the event is slated for March 20-24.
