‘Sheep Will Devour Us’ to vie at Fine Arts Film Festival

Iranian short film ‘Sheep Will Devour Us’ has been named as an official selection for the 2021 Fine Arts Film Festival in the US.

‘Sheep Will Devour Us’ will be screened at the 8th edition of Fine Arts Film Festival in June.

‘Sheep Will Devour Us’, co-directed by Mostafa Rostampour and Atefeh Rezaeean, is about a woman named Tahereh, who is a victim of very early marriage.

Tahereh is trying hard to spare her younger sister such a fate.

The film took part in a number of global events, including the Minute Shorts film competition in the UK and the Itinerant Film Exhibition MX in Mexico.

It was also awarded at the 2020 Screen Power Film Festival in the UK.

The 8th edition of Fine Arts Film Festival will take place online on June 8-14.
