Shanghai filmfest to host ‘No Choice’

Iranian feature ‘No Choice’ is slated to be screened at the Shanghai International Film Festival in China.

In its 10th international appearance, Reza Dormishian’s movie will be screened at the 24th edition of the event.

‘No Choice’ is a movie on women and their issues in society.

The cast list of the film includes Parsa Pirouzfar, Negar Javaherian, Fatemeh Motamed-Arya, Parivash Nazariyeh, Mayam Boubani, Jaleh Olov, Babak Karimi, Homayoun Ershadi, Reza Behboudi, and Pardis Ahmadieh.

The Shanghai International Film Festival is considered by many to be the second biggest film festival in Asia. The first edition of the festival was held from October 7 to 14, 1993.

This year’s edition of the event is scheduled for June 11-20, 2021.
