Enjoy Piranshahr’s sunflower farm

Piranshahr (in Kurdish it is also called Khaneh) is one of the cities of West Azarbaijan Province and the center of Piranshahr city.

Piranshahr is one of the most important and historical cities in Iran, which is world famous for having granite stones.

The known reserves of granite stones in this city are estimated at four million tons, which is unique in Iran and the world in terms of color variety and strength design.

However, the city is mostly knows for its tea and sunflower farms which make amazing scenery for visitors.
