ifilm to conclude ‘Sparrows’ Dream’

ifilm is scheduled to air the finale for ‘Sparrows’ Dream’ on Wednesday evening.

Directed by Rama Qavidel, the final part of the 27-episode series will hit the air at 22:00 GMT on June 23. It is also set to repeat three times the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00 all GMT times.

The series is about seven boys who are either orphans or come from troubled families. They live in a rented boarding home run by the Welfare Office. They enjoy a feeling of family life thanks to their loving caretakers, Koohyar Tavakkoli, Mehri Ashrafi and Uncle Roshan.

But, their happiness is short-lived as the landlord asks them to vacate the building. That means the boys have to live separately until they will find a new place.

However, things take a different turn after a chance encounter in the hospital between the youngest of the boys and an old man who lives in a village nearby.

Kourosh Tahami, Azita Hajiyan, Sam Derakhshani, Ali Nasiriyan, Farhad Besharati, Mahsa Keramati and Rouhollah Kamani are among the cast members of the flick.

The series will be replaced by ‘Under the Blade’ directed by Mohammad-Reza Honarmand as of Thursday evening.
