Let’s watch a trailer of iFilm English TV’s weekend movie ‘God is Near’.

The spiritual movie, produced by Javad Norouzbeigi and written and directed by Ali Vazirian in 2006, is about a naïve young man who falls in love.

After his older brother’s death, a naïve young man named Reza becomes the breadwinner of his family. He uses his brother’s old motorcycle to earn money.

After the village’s new school teacher catches his eye, Reza tries in his own sweet but futile way to win her heart. His heartache eventually leads to a spiritual experience, and ultimately, to his true love.

The movie’s cast list includes Mina Jafarzadeh, Babak Hamidiyan, Elnaz Shakerdoust, and Saeed Nikpour.

‘God is Near’ went on screen at several cinematic events around the globe, including the Fajr Film Festival in Iran, the Dhaka International Film Festival in Bangladesh, and the Religion Today Film Festival in Italy.
