Issyk-Kul exhibit awards photos by Iranian photographers

The 2nd Issyk-Kul Int’l Exhibition of Photography in Kyrgyzstan awards photos by Iranian photographers.

The 2nd Issyk-Kul International Exhibition of Photography in Kyrgyzstan has honored several Iranian photographers.

Mohammad-Reza Masoumi’s photo ‘White and Colorful’ brought him a gold medal from the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) in the Travel Section of the exhibit.

Masoumi’s photo is an aerial image from a snow-covered green region.

In the same section, Iranian photographer Mir-Ali Parandak received the FPC Trophy for his photo ‘Tawaf’, which depicts Muslim pilgrims turning around the Kaaba in Mecca.

Iranian photographer Omid-Reza Pour-Nabi won an honorable mention for his photo ‘Colorful’.

Several other Iranian photographers were also honored at various categories of the showcase.

In the Open Monochrome Section, Masoumi’s ‘Birdman’ won the FPC Trophy, while Asghar Besharati’s ‘Form’ and Mehdi Kazemi-Bumeh’s ‘Yazdi Handkerchief’ were awarded the FIAP Ribbons.

‘Beautiful Eyes’ by Mohammad Esteki and ‘Missal’ by Mehdi Zabol-Abbasi won honorable mentions.

Zabol-Abbasi’s ‘Linchan’ and Hadi Dehqanpour’s ‘Corona Bride’ also won honorable mentions at the Open Section.

In the Water Section, Besharati’s ‘Camal’, Abbas Hajihossein-Kalantar’s ‘Water Color’ and Mahmoud Kameli’s ‘Whirlpool’ won honorable mentions.

In the Sea Section, Besharati’s ‘Boat’ won an honorable mention.

Esteki was awarded an honorable mention for ‘Move’ at the Landscape Section.
