This building is very important and valuable in terms of architecture as well as the historical events that took place in it.

The main area of ​​Masoudiyeh Garden was initially about forty thousand square meters; however changes over time have decreased the area to about two hectares.

The monument was built in 1915 by a master architect named Master Shaban Memarbashi during 5 years.
